    Looking for an experienced and energetic professional interested in joining a fast-growing and diverse team aimed at provide better Smart Energy solutions to our customers.

    The individual should be self-driving, responsible, a quick learner and a problem solver. If you are this unique individual, we'd love to meet you.


    In this role you will:
    The role and responsibility of Technical Service personnel includes but not limited to the following:

    • Main customer contact for the region in pre-sales, sell-through and post sales activities
    • Provide technical advice to customers in product, installation and system operation matters
    • Resolve customer technical issues, including warranty replacement
    • Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service related issues
    • Conduct local product/technical training
    • Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues
    • Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis
    Provide sales and marketing support as neededWe are looking for:

    • Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors
    • Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry is a must
    • Energetic professional who may travel 50% or above per year
    • Good communicator with fluent English
