    Superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharias ou Dados.
    Pacote Office Avançado (proficiência em Excel e PowerPoint).Experiência com Power BI.Experiência com manipulação de dados, modelagens e business cases.
    Experiência com a correlação de dados obtidos com insights de negócios.
    Experiência com construção de apresentações executivas e storyline com dados.

    Propor e liderar frentes de trabalho, extrair insights, bem como construir análises de qualidade e pertinentes às áreas de negócio nas quais atua, utilizando a estrutura de dados disponível.

    Impulsionar o negócio propondo ações para atingir as metas de crescimento e resultados.

    Identificar problemas e propor soluções, ficando não apenas atrelado ao seu escopo de trabalho, mas aportando com visão holística e ecossistêmica.

    Monitorar movimentos, estratégias e tendências (internas e externas), com base em dados e correlacionar fatos trazendo insights relevantes para a área.

    Elaborar apresentações executivas, destacando diferenciais competitivos para apoio áreas pares.
    Conhecer e apoiar o plano estratégico do negócio, com o objetivo de propor soluções e desenhar planos de ações.

    Estimular ações de inovação da área, estruturar novos produtos e ofertas com análise de viabilidade técnica/financeira, traduzindo as necessidades do cliente, em implantação de melhorias para toda e qualquer etapa do ciclo de vida do produto.
