Job Description
Streamax is seeking a highly skilled Post-sales Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge of our surveillance solutions, hardware, and software. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and success after the sale.
The Post-sales Technical Specialist will provide post-sales technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers in maximizing the value of Streamax solutions.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Sales Team to introduce products and solutions to prospects
Provide support to the Partner ecosystems in creating a best fit solution for prospects / customers
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations emphasizing on the key values of Streamax's solution to prospects
Understand the technical environment, technology landscape, business requirements and evaluation scope
Be the trusted tech advisor for customers, partners and other teams
Provide technical support to customers and partners in trial stage and after the sale.
Online or Onsite troubleshoot hardware and software problems, provide efficient and effective solutions.
Assist with product installation, configuration, and maintenance for customers.
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to customers on the use of Streamax solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical support or after-sales support, preferably in the surveillance solutions or related industry.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A good team player. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and product development teams.
Thrive under pressure and exhibit the flexibility to potentially work across different time zones.
Willingness to travel, with a travel percentage ranging from 30% to 50%.
Bilingual with English and Spanish is a must, Mandarin language will be a significant plus.
