    Job Description

    The Team:

    The Trade Marketing Team at Mattel Latin America is responsible for boosting consumption and sales through events, activations, materials, etc. We identify opportunities within the point of sale to improve product turnover; we also plan and coordinate promotions and develop merchandising and branding for our brands.

    What Your Impact Will Be

    • Alignment of key stakeholders.
    • Development of e-commerce strategy in BRAZIL.
    • Construction of conversion campaigns in conjunction with Retail Media agency aligning brand strategies and sales objectives in the Andean region.
