    Head of Human Resources is a key member of the local and global HR Leadership team, responsible for leading and driving the human resources management strategies.

    The role will involve the whole life-cycle HR programs, including but not limited to:RecruitmentEmployee orientationsBenefits administrationCompensation, rewards, and conflict resolutionTalent developmentPayrollBusiness partnershipThis is a great opportunity for developing and refining systems

    Candidate Profile:
    Previous experience working as an HR Director for 10+ yearsProven experience in managing departments and teams with exceptional leading qualitiesExcellent knowledge of HR practices and local employment law and regulationsDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive mattersAbility to analyze and review HR data to identify trends and put action plans in placeFirst-rate communication/presentation skillsFluent in English is essential; Portuguese a big plusExperience in promoting organization vision and cultureAbility to mentor and coach from leaders to senior managementExperience in implementing strategies for managing human resources using best practice policy/practices, including performance management, compensation, goal setting, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations, employee engagement in alignment with global practicesStrong analytical and project management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
