    We are looking for a savvy, humble, and trustworthy assistant to help us

    1. Assist the commercial department in the construction, organization and progress of the sales funnel and commercial pipeline from prospecting, qualification and engagement to proposal creation, negotiation and closing deals, scheduling meetings, editing contracts and approaching opportunities
    2. Extensive experience in supporting an executive profile and customer service skills.
    3. Excellent communication skills, being able to engage at all seniority levels in the organization.
    4. Demonstrated ability to describe and professionalism when dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
    5. Fundamentals of executing and building relationships and projects, organically based on respect, with an open eye to innovation and automation;

    Requirements:

    6+ years in providing support to an executive profile in a company in the b2b services segment

    Project management, trello

    Bilingual, native/fluent English

    Accounts payable and receivable, personal, budgets, purchases and negotiations

    Business - CRM, inside sales machine, contracts, fups,

    Calendars and schedules

    Meeting agenda, agenda minutes, digital assistants, automations.

    Organization of agendas, trips, events.

    It would be a plus if you have:

    Experience with Sales Machine & Inside Sales;

    Experience with financial products in the fintech or startup sector;

    Have determination, motivation and resilience to achieve goals/results;

    Be dynamic, proactive and organized with an analytical and strategic vision;

    Interest in participating in a fintech company experiencing explosive growth, with an intense pace in a challenging, high-performance environment.

    Strategic, resilient and analytical thinking;

    Fluency in English
