    Whoosh is a top electric scooter sharing service, committed to offering efficient and sustainable transport solutions. We are growing our team and looking for a City Manager for our Rio de Janeiro location.

    As the City Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our center in Rio de Janeiro. You'll lead a team of drivers, mechanics, and coordinators to ensure smooth operation and upkeep of our electric scooter fleet.


    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the service center, handling repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters
    • Recruit and train staff for the center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators
    • Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing processes
    • Monitor key performance indicators and develop strategies to meet goals
    • Collaborate with authorities to address operational issues
    • Establish and maintain supplier relationships and oversee spare parts inventory

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English
    • Proven experience in logistics or operations management
    • Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Prior experience in service center management is a bonus
    • Familiarity with B2C market and customer service best practices
