- Follow performance and sales trend.
- Help to define offer to ads, email marketing and other sales support materials.
- Send best offers to travel agents and guests with sales potential for products.
- Coordinate the advertising agency actions to attract new clients for MSC's database.
- Coordinate with the corporate team all the actions in CRM for local market (adaptation, translation, emails, videos, coupons).
- Coordinate the program Future Cruise Credit (FCC) with the corporate team.
- Suggest, review, and approve communication materials related to the program (including terms & conditions).
- Report and follow some local and eventual issues to the corporate team.
- Coordinate with the corporate team the satisfaction surveys that were filled on board.
- Report the strengths, weaknesses, comments, and compliments to board of directors to the product meeting.
- Coordinate with the corporate team the loyalty programs with actions to push sales, localize the materials, actions to convert more clients.
- Graduated in Marketing, Communications (Public Relations, Journalism or Advertisement) or related areas.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to translate (Portuguese/ English).
- Knowledge of multiple destinations.
- Ability to manage various projects at the same time.
- Versatility to work on different areas.
- Ability to negotiate and search for new partnerships.
- Intermediate MS Office package and knowledge in Marketo.
