- Lead the Tech CRM team to deliver the best experience to our merchants in Brazil
- Stakeholder management within Brazil CRM Leadership & Chapter teams to understand their project vision, translate them into technical requirements, monitor their progress and report it back to your stakeholders
- Provide support and knowledge sharing around platform and its technical capabilities, what are the best practices to accomplish team goals always focusing on coordination of priority implementation projects defined with CRM Leadership
- Monitor the platform regarding Brazil outbound communication operations and promptly report when something doesn't seems right in order to prevent major issues
- You have 2+ years of leadership experience
- You have worked with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for at least 2 years as an administrator, having an in-depth knowledge of the underlying cross-channel contact infrastructure, SFMC main studios (Email, Mobile, Landing Pages, Automations & Journeys), and platform management within a multi-business unit structure.
- You have stakeholder management experience, being able to handle business discussions keeping your focus on the technical requirements that are needed to fulfil the business goals being discussed
- You have good experience with segmentations (SQL and non-SQL based), frontend and SFMC proprietary languages skills (AMPScript and SSJS)
- You're confident in recommending which Studios and features to use depending on the use case by discussing considerations with your Team and Chapter colleagues
- You enjoy creating documentation to share your solutions within an organisation – it's a bonus if you've used Jira and/or Confluence

As a Technical CRM Coordinator , you'll be part of our Brazil CRM team of experts. This team is responsible for end-to-end flows that involve acquisition, support, surveys, churn, customer success and any other relevant aspect of the customer relationship management required for SumUp successful operations within Brazilian territory.
You will help the team to translate their outbound communication project ideas into technical actionable items. You'll coordinate the execution of their vision within the available capabilities of the communication tools provided at SumUp, specially within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Also, you'll be the bridge between business and platform, acting as your team facilitator when it comes to outbound communication projects and coordinating with Communication Platform Squad new required features.
You'll be part of a Global Chapter with other Technical CRM experts as well.
