    Position Summary:
    This is a unique opportunity to join CPM as a

    Field Service Engineer.

    This position will be located in São Paulo. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business with advancement opportunities.

    We are looking for a highly motivated detail-oriented person with strong technical mechanical aptitude coupled with proficient organizational skills, and outstanding people skills.


    Responsibilities:


    Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and related tasks on our equipmentDiagnose technical problems and determine proper solutionsProvide service and customer support during field visits or dispatchesTie workflow to scheduleProduce timely and detailed service reportsOperate vehicle in a safe mannerUse field automations systemsFollow all company's procedures and protocolsBuild positive relationships with our customersBuild positive relationships with local Millwright crewsExperience and Requirements:Must be able to work independently with little supervisionExperience with heavy mechanical process equipmentProven field service experienceAbility to read and understand work instructions and mechanical blueprintsAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipmentFamiliarity with mobile tools and applicationsAttentive to detailsMicrosoft Office, Excel, Word and E-MailTechnical degree or related work experience preferred.

    Entry level also considered.

    Travel required up to 75%Behavioral Competencies:
