ResponsibilitiesAn experienced Technical Recruiter excels at talent identification, attraction and assessment, and developing deep relationships with candidates. Experienced recruitment consultants are experts in a specific and assigned niche market and have a well established network.
You will:
Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to placing resources.
Extensive Candidate contact (via telephone, email, face-to-face)
Autonomously source, identify, attract, interview and qualify candidates for specific roles
Understand the requirements of positions you recruit for and demonstrate an understanding of the market you specialize in.
Execute quality checks independently to determine the quality of your candidates.
Partnering with Account Managers to successfully identify candidates to drive quality recruitment.
Developing, driving, and executing search strategies as well as nurturing own network of market-leading professionals.
Exploring different tools and methods to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
Recruiting IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment and placing them in high-end technical positions across multiple client companies.
Representing K2's variety of services in your role and integrating K2U offerings in candidate conversations
Requirements & Skills
Recruitment focused on SAP.
3+ years working in a recruitment or technical recruitment role.
Proven track record of results:
sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing, and retaining top technical talent.
Ability to develop new sourcing strategies.
Experience closing candidates with competing offers at well-known enterprise-level companies.
Solution oriented and integrity. You have a leadership mindset and are genuinely interested in developing a management career.
