Habilidades técnicas essenciais:
Custeio de sistemas/componentes de assentos de automóveis, experiência em processos relacionados.
Estamparia de chapa metálica, moldagem por injeção de plástico, termoformagem, mola, moldagem de espuma, tecidos e couro, tubos
Experiência em custeio baseado em atividades.
Negociação e colaboração com fornecedores globais
Boa apresentação e habilidades de MS office
Deve custar, solicitar alteração, análise de custos e suporte de fornecimento:
Desenvolva o custo necessário para sistemas de assentos adquiridos novos e modificados (ferramentas variáveis e de fornecedor) aplicando o método de custo apropriado.
Avalie as mudanças de engenharia para estabelecer o custo da mudança e identifique os direcionadores de custo para ferramentas variáveis e de fornecedores para o sistema de assentos e peças
Fornecer suporte às compras durante as negociações com fornecedores por meio da análise de detalhes de discriminação de preços do fornecedor e análise de "deveria custar".
Visitas periódicas aos fornecedores para manter e melhorar o conhecimento interno dos processos de fabricação e melhores práticas.
Identifique oportunidades potenciais de otimização de custos e apoie as atividades técnicas de redução de custos da empresa.
Forneça análises globais de comparação de custos de componentes trabalhando com engenheiros de custos de produtos de outras regiões.
Desenvolva a estrutura de custos para planos de padronização de componentes.
Qualificações
Inglês avançado ou fluente;
Disponibilidade para viagens;
Licenciatura em engenharia mecânica ou equivalente.
Experiência profissional em OEM automotivo ou na indústria fornecedora automotiva (commodities semelhantes) com experiência em custos
Necessário experiência no setor automotivo.
Redução de custos automotivos/ Deveria custar experiência.
Flexibilidade para trabalhar em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita
Fortes habilidades analíticas e quantitativas com capacidade de tomar decisões usando dados e métricas.
