Funções que serão desempenhadas:
Liderar e apoiar iniciativas de preços de estratégia de crescimento para a Cia; Liderar e apoiar fluxos de trabalho regulares de preços estratégicos para a empresa, como os Growth Playbooks; Contribuir para a liderança de ideias estratégicas de precificação para a empresa, mantendo-se a par (por meio de pesquisas ou redes externas), compartilhando e oferecendo perspectivas estratégicas sobre tendências do setor, atividades da concorrência e inovações na teoria da estratégia de comunidades acadêmicas e de consultoria; Liderar compromissos de preços para a liderança executiva, com foco na otimização da posição de preços nos segmentos de mercado e nas principais linhas de produtos; Fornecer análise estratégica e modelagem de alto impacto para apoiar a diferenciação de preços e a venda baseada em valor; Gerenciar programas anuais de aumento de preços, incluindo gerenciamento de tabela de faturamento, educação de vendas, comunicação com o cliente e gerenciamento de exceções; Trabalhar com líderes verticais para otimizar os pontos de preço nos mercados indiretos e diretos; Estabelecer parceria com o setor financeiro para garantir que os relatórios de receita e os scorecards reflitam a ação de preços; Trabalhar com os líderes e gerentes de vendas para otimizar os preços e os termos das oportunidades de clientes; Impulsionar o engajamento em negócios entre as principais partes interessadas internas para as principais oportunidades de negócios; Envolver-se com a organização jurídica no estabelecimento de termos contratuais que melhor protegerão o valor do contrato/preço; Fornecer liderança de pensamento sobre preços na Equifax; Identificar, recrutar, desenvolver e reter uma equipe de profissionais de alto desempenho
Experiências necessárias:
Formação em administração, Marketing de Produtos, Economia ou área relacionada; Experiência comprovada em gestão de preços, preferencialmente em empresas nacionais/globais do setor de serviços; Inglês fluente
Pontos de destaque:
Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de trabalhar com grandes conjuntos de dados; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação; Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise de dados e sistemas de precificação é uma vantagem; Residir em São Paulo (disponibilidade para atuar em Barueri/Alphaville).
