About the role:
As the Operations Manager at Million Dollar Sellers (MDS), you will be the linchpin in streamlining and optimizing our diverse operational functions. Your role involves orchestrating our technological frameworks, enhancing human resources processes, and ensuring fiscal and legal compliance, collaborating closely with department leads. You'll be pivotal in fostering operational efficiency and culture, directly impacting the growth and success of our e-commerce community.
