    Estamos em busca de um profissional Talent Acquisition & Business Partner para se juntar ao nosso time. Nessa posição, você será o primeiro ponto de contato com os candidatos e profissionais contratados, sendo responsável por identificar talentos em diversas fontes e realizar a gestão do processo de contratação.

    Além disso, terá um papel fundamental como Business Partner, oferecendo suporte tanto aos profissionais quanto aos líderes da empresa, sempre com o auxílio do Business Success Manager.


    Principais atividades e responsabilidades:

    • Prospecção ativa de candidatos utilizando diversas ferramentas, como Apollo e LinkedIn;
    • Estratégias de engajamento de profissionais e qualificação dos mesmos;
    • Comunicação eficaz para transmitir valor nas interações por diversos canais;
    • Agendamento e apresentação de oportunidades aos candidatos qualificados;
    • Atualização constante da plataforma de gestão interna;
    • Alcançar metas estabelecidas e reportar resultados;
    • Realizar ações de engajamento e alinhamento com os profissionais;
    • Colaborar com diferentes áreas da empresa para geração de oportunidades;
    • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento da área de Recrutamento e Seleção e trazer melhorias contínuas para o processo seletivo.

    Requisitos:

    Formação completa ou em andamento em áreas como Recursos Humanos ou Psicologia; Experiência em recrutamento, orientação profissional e negociação; Proficiência em Inglês; Conhecimento de ferramentas como ATS, LinkedIn, etc.


    Skills desejadas:
    Espanhol básico a intermediário.
