    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    You will have the opportunity to work with a multinational and multidisciplinary team composed of architects, interior designers, engineers, and communication, marketing, and public relations professionals.

    Our multinational team is spread across various countries. Therefore, the official professional language in our company is English.

    You will provide assistance to the technical sales department, which includes supporting marketing and communication activities. We believe in working smart and use communication and marketing tools to generate leads for our technical sales team.

    You will also be involved in internal activities in the sales administration and technical support area, help prepare presentations and seminars, prospect new clients, organize customer presentations, manage social media, and design merchandising materials, for instance.

    YOUR PROFILE

    Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is a plus
    - Currently enrolled in at least the 5th semester of a bachelor's degree program in architecture, design, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related fields with a focus on communication and digital arts
    - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe (Pr, AI, Ps, In, etc), and social media platforms
    - Enthusiastic user of social media
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
    - Creative mindset and proactive attitude
    - Problem-solving skills and pragmatic

    The trainee contract is offered in accordance with Brazilian Law and Regulations.

    Working days: Monday to Friday

    Working hours:

    •For 6-hour shifts, starting at 8:00

    •For 4-hour shifts, starting at either 8:00 or 13:00

    We operate on a hybrid system, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (if desired by the candidate). Occasionally, the company may require in-person work for specific cases, such as during large-scale fairs and events.

    You are expected to be in the office in Brooklin Paulista (Zona Sul), São Paulo.
