- Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies tailored to e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, to align digital advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our advertising strategies remain innovative and competitive.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the e-commerce and marketplace landscape.
- Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive collective success.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance media and e-commerce/marketplace environments.
- Expertise in managing PPC campaigns, with a strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy optimization.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable.
