- Education in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical /Mechatronics / Production /Industrial);
- Experience from product development of Trucks and/or Buses;
- PMP certification is a plus;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing cross-functional working team;
- Assertive communication and with good influencing skills;
- Understand the need of stakeholder management at different levels;
- Result oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of working
- The Vehicle Integration Project Manager is responsible to secure that we have a good crossfunctional delivery for the projects (JIRA Epics) related to Product Development (Product Changes and Product Modifications), from the prestudy phase until the StartofProduction.
- In this position, you will lead Product Modifications and/or Epics that are part of a bigger program;
- You will be leading the prestudies and deliveries in the early phases like; Concept preparation, alignment among product owners & all solution providers, acceptance criteria (incl. V&V activities) definition and agreement with key stakeholders, crossfunctional development maturity progress alignment (to reach stable releases), securement of Business Cases to get ready for decisions and confirmation of Start of Production (with high confidence);
- In the late phases you will lead the final development of the Epics/solutions and work in close cooperation with Chief Project Managers to secure the industrialization.
