ResponsabilidadesMapear oportunidades de negócios com empresas do seu relacionamento de mercado;Realizar visitas bem planejadas e conquistar novos clientes com o objetivo de formar carteira com resultados sustentáveis e crescentes;Entender adequadamente qual é a melhor solução de crédito para cada empresa;Gerenciar carteira de clientes;Organizar documentação de crédito do cliente para enviar ao departamento de análise de crédito;Realizar análise prévia das empresas (DRE, Balanço, Endividamento, Faturamento, etc.);Realizar forecast (previsão) de vendas;Registrar oportunidades de vendas no CRM;Registrar visitas no CRM.
RequisitosPerfil hunter;Conhecimentos sobre produtos de crédito (Kgiro, Antecipação de contratos, Antecipação de Duplicatas, Comissárias, Home Equity, etc...);Experiência prévia no mercado de crédito (comercial em bancos ou fundos);Ter carteira de clientes no segmento middle (empresas que faturam acima de 50MM BRL ao ano);Conhecimento avançado do Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Conhecimento das aplicações do Google (Gmail, Drive, Chat, Agenda, Task, Meeting);Conhecimento de Windows (2010 ou superior);Experiência prévia com CRM (Microsoft, Sales Force, Pipefy, Pipedrive, Monday).
DiferenciaisCertificação de correspondente bancário (Aneps ou Febraban);Conhecimento no mercado de capitais (Debêntures, CRA e CRI);Conhecimento em Power BI;Inglês ou espanhol.
