    Marketing Manager Latam

    Location: São Paulo, Brazil

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    The Marketing Manager Latam is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics to boost sales for GCAs and Cocoa divisions. This role involves collaborating with global, regional, and local marketing teams, as well as key stakeholders, to drive brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and market share. Additionally, the position includes overseeing sustainability initiatives, communications, PR, events, and training for chocolate and cocoa in the Latam region.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and keep them informed about marketing activities and results.
    • Stay updated on market trends to create effective strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Manage budgeting and financial aspects.
    • Define and execute local marketing strategies aligned with global objectives.
    • Implement campaigns to support business priorities.
    • Create and deliver marketing materials to support brand positioning.

    About You:

    • Degree or work experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
    • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and intermediate Spanish.
    • 5-8 years of marketing experience with a focus on branding, customer marketing, and product development.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Experience in market research and trend analysis.
    • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Innovative and creative mindset.
    • Available for travel within Latam.

    Location: São Paulo Avenue (Hybrid 3 x 2)
