About the Position:
The Client Development Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Client Director to answer all RFPs and explore opportunities within new and established accounts.
Position Expectations:
Prepare proposals and present it to clients (planning, costs, ppt, contact with vendors, etc.).Open new doors (sell to new clients).Sell new solutions to existing clients.
Being in charge of the whole sales process (internal and external – PO/Invoices, etc.).Be aware of projects profitability and take actions when necessary.
Activate previous contacts and present MetrixLab.Be in charge, together with Research team, of implementing the projects to guarantee alignment with the proposal scope.
Inform the Research team regarding global protocols, cases, etc.
Participate in all Kickoff meetings (internal and with clients).Participate in all presentations (internal and with clients).Participate in all global meetings (representing Brazil and or LatAm).
Position Qualifications:
Fluent in English (participate in meetings in English) Spanish is not mandatory.
Experience with various Research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative).Experience in presenting results to clients and great analysis capacity.
