    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This pre-sales role focuses on bridging the gap between our technical solutions and the business needs of our clients.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in either Software Development, Software Quality Assurance, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or Application Management, coupled with a keen understanding of customer challenges.

    This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities within client organizations and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.

    Success in this role requires a goal-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with both the sales team and clients.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Expertise:
    Demonstrate proficiency in areas such as Software Development, Software Quality Assurance, RPA, or Application Management, allowing for a deep understanding of our solutions and their alignment with client needs

    Client Engagement:
    Engage with clients to understand their challenges, objectives, and requirements, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their specific needs and add value to their business

    Solution Consultation:
    Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and presentations that effectively showcase the benefits and capabilities of our products and services

    Pre-sales Support:
    Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical workshops to support the sales team in closing deals

    Training and Enablement:
    Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and can effectively articulate the value proposition to clients

    Business Development:
    Proactively identify new opportunities within existing client accounts and work closely with the sales team to expand our footprint within the client organization

    Market Insight:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions and stay ahead of market demands.


    Skills and Qualifications Required:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
    Previous experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably within the software industry.
    Strong technical background in areas such as Software Development, Software Quality Assurance, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or Application Management.
    Proven track record of successful solution selling and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical teams.
    Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


    Other Skills:
    Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment.
    Knowledge of additional languages besides English, such as Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
    Certification in relevant technologies or sales methodologiesExperience with consultative sales processes and solution selling techniques in complex enterprise environments.
    Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
    Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
