Abertura de pedidos de embarque no setor operacional de importação de cargas via aéreo.
Inserção e atualização em tempo real de documentos e follow ups no sistema próprio da empresa, para atualização do cliente.
Conferência de documentos de importação como invoice, packing list, certificados de análises;Manter o contato com agentes de cargas em outros países acompanhando a carga em cada etapa.
Responsável pela conferência e liberação de invoice para setor de faturamento.Requirements and skillsPré-requisitos:Experiência com coordenação de embarque;Conhecimento sobre processos de importação (Europa X Brasil);Conhecimento sobre incoterms (FCA e EXW);Desejável experiência em agente de carga;Nível Superior completo;Ingles intermediário a avançado.
