What you'll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - BTP Core Platform Services Support Engineer
Location: São Leopoldo, RS - Brazil (hybrid)

Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following:

Help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors through Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation or verifying the configuration.
- Share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues and participating in forums.
- Learn technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring and e-Learning trainings.
- Report errors to development teams when needed.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues.
- Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.
- Cooperate closely with other Technical Support teams and Development Support.
- Be a professional team member within the Technical Support organization.

Studying IT or related with at least two years until graduation.
- Fluent English (oral and written) that can be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone.
- Knowledge in databases, OS commands and/or programming logic.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
- Team player and contributes for a great environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented individual.

Meet your team:

BTP Core Platform Services is responsible to provide end-to-end support to cloud and on-premise SAP customers that have any solution based on Business Technology Platform.
We have 5 different teams in Brazil and, in this position, we are recruiting for our ABAP Tools and Output Management teams.
- ABAP Tools: Supports the ABAP language and its development tools, database interface and reporting tools, such as ALV and SAP Query.
- Output Management: Supports products that control printing and PDF forms generation;

All 5 teams are very closely integrated, providing a great environment for learning and development of its members.
The other ones are:
- Application Services: Supports multiple technologies that are the foundation for customers to develop/customize their own solutions and landscape;
- Data & Knowledge Management: Supports products that aim to enable customer to manage documentation, knowledge and access;
- Software Logistics: Support all installation, upgrades and transport of solutions in customers' landscapes.
