- Assist the team with incident monitoring, queue management, and related tasks.
- Support customers in efficiently implementing and operating SAP solutions by offering cutting-edge support services.
- Analyze and resolve reported incidents using knowledge databases or by verifying customization entries.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
- Engage in incident deflection activities (e.g., productizing knowledge, moderating forums).
- Participate in global projects focusing on support processes, infrastructure needs, and quality assurance.
- Report errors to the Development team.
- Provide consultations for customers regarding procedural inquiries and issues.
- Enrollment in university programs related to Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields.
- Desirable knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming languages (Java, C++, ABAP/4, Python, Javascript, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP ERP Business Processes is advantageous.
- Demonstrated customer focus and effective communication skills (verbal/written).
