- Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to expand the business portfolio.
- Create commercial proposals aligned with Pacifica Continental's standards and client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to the CEO and other stakeholders as needed.
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Advanced English; Spanish is advantageous.
- Prior experience in recruitment (headhunting) is beneficial.
