    Position goal

    Support and follow up the correct delivery and implementation of the plans and activities in the Marketing strategy across LATAM region following the Merz Diamond model.

    Main responsibilities

    • Support the Regional Product Manager on the development of marketing plans and execution of the marketing activities of the Merz Products.
    • Support the Regional Product Manager on the development, implementation and follow up of the CME platform.
    • Direct contact with agencies, publishers and other suppliers.
    • Briefing and follow up on the development and creation of projects and promotional materials.
    • Responsible of Purchase Order process for marketing projects and promotional materials.
    • Organization and management of the promotional materials for the countries.
    • Support the local Marketing team on campaigns, materials and communication regarding our brands.
    • Monthly consolidation of LATAM Marketing Budget.
    • Standardization of marketing plan templates for all countries.
    • Development and layout of marketing and product presentations.

    Requirements

    • Professional Bachelor Degree - Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical, Chemist or other health sciences related areas
    • Relevant experience in Marketing
    • Microsoft Office, Salesforce (desired), MKT Cloud (desired), Ariba (desired)
    • Pharma background desired
    • Skincare / beauty background desired
    • Experience in D2C campaings desired
    • Experience with CME solutions desired
    • Advanced/fluent English
