Realizar treinamentos e capacitações
Propor novas maneiras de engajar, reter e melhorar os processos
Acompanhar os resultados e índices de utilização dos clientes para manter o engajamento e garantir sucesso na utilização das ferramentas
Apoiar o time de Consultores na implementação e geração de relatórios, reports e apresentações
Ser o ponto de contato entre a equipe de desenvolvimento, os clientes, e as partes interessadas, garantindo que os requisitos sejam atendidos.
Formação superior completa em agronomia, engenharia agrícola ou em áreas relacionadas desde que tenha conhecimento do mercado agroAfinidade com tecnologia para entender e difundir conhecimentos
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita e facilidade para atuar em treinamentos e capacitações
Ter facilidade em trabalhar em equipes com modelo de gestão ágil e com autonomia
Diferenciais / DesejávelEspanhol - nível intermediário
Conhecimento prévio em técnicas e rotinas de CS
Conhecimento prévio e experiência trabalhando com CRM
Disponibilidade para viagens
