    Organizational StrategyAssessment and SuccessionTalent AcquisitionLeadership DevelopmentTotal RewardsTHE ROLE The purpose of the Associate Principal, Delivery Services role is to lead major engagements, achieving clear business impact for client organizations utilizing Korn Ferry's Total Rewards solutions, specifically KF Pay.

    As an expert-level practitioner, this role supports the implementation of the client solution and executes the delivery of relevant rewards and benefits services.

    This role builds relationships with clients, continuously evaluating the clients' needs, adjusting the KF Pay solution as required.

    The role is also responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to retain clients, ensuring future Korn Ferry Pay business, and identifying new opportunities within the client to utilize Korn Ferry Pay, and other solutions and services.

    Individuals will work collaboratively as part of a team in support of a range of clients, managing their own time and contribution with general direction, support, and review of client deliverables.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting clients with the configuration of KF Pay to meet their business needs.
    Provide hands-on and strategic expertise in total rewards and compensation / remuneration.

    Manage relationships with internal clients and act as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and managing the deployment of appropriate internal and/or external resources to support in delivering business strategy and plans.

    Deliver high quality analytics, design and advisory work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness including modelling, survey benchmarking, market research and data collection.

    Responsible for retaining clients through strong client relationship management.
    Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (principally leaders of Human Resources and Compensation). Needs a deep understanding of clients' business needs and strategic objectives and acts as a strategic advisor.
    Delivers business and organizational insights, helping clients adopt KF Pay to their overall talent strategy.

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Proven success in managing international, multi-cultural, and virtual cross-functional projects in the total rewards and compensation niche.

    Experience working with clients in both compensation and emerging tech environments.5+ years of experience in a consultative role; sales, business development and / or account management experience preferred.

    Experience working with contacts / accounts in Brazil; experience working with firms across LATAM preferred.
    Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English is required.
    Experience in the Retail industry is highly preferred.
    Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
    Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and principles.
    Ability to build consensus, create momentum, and work well cross-functionally with other departments and varying levels of management.
    Comfortable partnering with Senior Leaders to drive strategy, planning, and process improvements.
    Strong stakeholder management skills with focus on listening to stakeholder and customer needs.
    Solid process and analytical skills tied with creative thinking and sharp decision-making abilities.
    Strong comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns while developing and applying solutions.
    Ability to resolve challenging issues.
    Excellent, accurate, and effective oral and written communication skills.
    Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
    Must be team oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
    Significant personal initiative, high energy with a "can do" attitude and professional drive.
    Must be able to manage complexity.
    Must have strong customer focus.
    EDUCATION Bachelor's degree required Engineering, Business Administration, Economics / Finance or Human Resources. Advanced degree in business or in a similar field is a plus.
