Job Description:
1. Responsible for the business strategy and strategic landing of Brazil local business development.
2. Be responsible for expanding the local business,second-hand and offline stores in Brazil, grasp the development of the industry, and formulate reasonable growth strategies and operation strategies according to the characteristics of users and industries;
3. Formulate and promote the goods operation strategy of overseas KA merchants, and combine data to enhance the incubation of KA merchants;
4. Through data analysis, customer research and other continuous optimization, to ensure the balanced development of categories, accelerate business development.
5. Local warehouse and logistics capacity building, recruitment and management of local operation team.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Portuguese and English, plus Chinese; Familiar with local business formats in Brazil.
2. Have e-commerce operation experience, familiar with traffic and conversion logic.
3. Have creativity and subjective Initiative, can actively make suggestions and carry out data.
4. Experience in supplier negotiation, able to complete business negotiation independently.
5. Familiar with the trend culture (local merchants/source channels are preferred).
6. Good communication skills and resource integration skills, with the ability to form a good interaction with the headquarters and promote business development.
