RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS· Conduzir o ciclo completo de recrutamento e seleção, desde a identificação de necessidades de pessoal até a integração bem-sucedida dos novos funcionários.
· Desenvolver e implementar estratégias eficazes de atração de talentos, utilizando métodos inovadores e tradicionais para alcançar candidatos qualificados.
· Realizar o mapeamento detalhado do mercado de talentos, identificando tendências, oportunidades e potenciais candidatos.
· Conduzir análises comparativas da concorrência para garantir que nossas práticas de recrutamento estejam alinhadas e competitivas.
· Colaborar com as lideranças internas para entender as necessidades específicas de contratação e desenvolver perfis de cargos detalhados.
· Participar ativamente de feiras de recrutamento, eventos do setor e outras oportunidades de networking para promover a marca empregadora do banco.
· Utilizar sistemas de rastreamento de candidatos (ATS) para gerenciar eficientemente o pipeline de recrutamento e manter registros precisos de todas as interações com os candidatos.
· Fornecer orientação e suporte aos gestores de contratação em todo o processo de seleção, incluindo treinamento em entrevistas e técnicas de avaliação.
· Manter-se atualizado sobre as melhores práticas de recrutamento e tendências do setor, adaptando constantemente as estratégias de aquisição de talentos conforme necessário.
· Demonstrar familiaridade com as estruturas de bancos de atacado e corretoras de investimentos, compreendendo as nuances do setor para identificar os candidatos mais adequados.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS· Experiência comprovada em recrutamento, preferencialmente dentro do setor financeiro, com conhecimento específico em bancos de atacado ou corretoras de investimentos.
· Fortes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de interagir efetivamente com candidatos, gestores e líderes internos e capacidade de argumentação.
· Capacidade comprovada de gerenciar múltiplos projetos e prioridades simultaneamente, mantendo uma atenção meticulosa aos detalhes.
· Conhecimento profundo de técnicas de recrutamento e seleção, incluindo entrevistas comportamentais, avaliações de competências e técnicas de negociação.
· Familiaridade com sistemas de rastreamento de candidatos (ATS) e ferramentas de recrutamento online.
· Espírito colaborativo e proativo, com a capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.
