- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions that meet the specific requirements of the agribusiness, technology, and credit sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Develop detailed and customized technical proposals, including system architectures, integrations, and technical requirements.
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss technical requirements, clarify doubts, and provide expert advice on solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, technical support, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Provide ongoing feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends in the agribusiness, technology, and credit sectors, as well as best practices in technical solutions, to provide the highest level of expertise to customers and the sales team.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or sales engineering, preferably with a focus on technology solutions for the agribusiness and financial services sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the agribusiness sector, including processes, challenges, and opportunities, as well as familiarity with emerging technologies in this space.
- Experience working with software and technology solutions related to agribusiness, such as agricultural management platforms, IoT, agricultural data analytics, among others.
- Solid understanding of credit and finance concepts and practices, especially related to agribusiness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to different audiences.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external clients.
- Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Agronomy, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is an additional advantage.
