    Talenses Executive is advising a rapidly expanding Global Consumer Goods Corporation to recruit a Trade Marketing Director.

    Located in Mexico City, this pivotal role reports directly to a Senior Vice President. As the Trade Marketing Director, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic trade marketing strategy. This strategy will encompass engaging promotional activities, meaningful incentives, and effective merchandising tactics. Your mission is to align trade marketing strategies with our client's overarching business objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and marketing teams to boost market share and enhance brand visibility.

    Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market research to identify trends and monitor competitor activities, which will inform strategic decision-making and guide the marketing initiatives of our client. You will also manage the budget with a keen eye on maximizing return on investment and evaluating the success of trade marketing initiatives. Establishing strong partnerships with key retailers and distributors will be essential to enhance product visibility and market penetration.

    A core aspect of this role is fostering innovation and striving for continuous improvement. You will ensure that trade marketing strategies remain adaptable, responding proactively to market shifts and consumer trends, and leveraging insights from past campaigns to refine future strategies. This position demands a combination of strategic vision, leadership prowess, and operational expertise to drive innovative marketing strategies.

    We are seeking candidates willing to live in Mexico City and with a strong executive background in Trade Marketing, preferably within the Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization while leading high-performing teams to achieve both short- and long-term objectives.
