    Stages of the Selection Process

    Our selection process currently lasts an average of 40-60 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:

    Requirements

    • Experience with complex projects
    • Expertise in preparing, monitoring and analyzing budgets.
    • Knowledge of financial analysis, interpretation of financial statements and indicators.
    • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for optimization.
    • Willingness to travel
    • English

    Activities

    • Leading the development and implementation of planning and performance strategies in line with organizational objectives.
    • Carry out detailed analysis to assess current performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
    • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies in line with financial targets.
    • Regularly monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget, adjusting strategies as necessary.
