    Our opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Change Management Specialist (Bilingual).

    To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements :

    • Fluent English.
    • Complete higher education.
    • Solid experience in project management, with experience in process management, operations-based projects and a strong track record in implementing these projects.
    • Solid experience with changes within company operations.

    Its main activities will be:

    • Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations and promote communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects.
    • Manage multiple small and medium scale projects from scope definition to implementation and deployment.
    • Play an active role, contributing to improving product solutions, processes and support systems.
    • Develop and execute customized change management plans for the project, including stakeholder analysis, communication, training and support.
    • Work closely with project leaders and stakeholders to identify and manage resistance to change.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration and alignment of change strategies with the overall project objectives.
