- Troubleshooting complex 3rd and 4th level issues reported by SAP partners via the web-based messaging system and providing the best available solution or workaround within the agreed service levels.
- Evaluating the impact of the reported issues on our client's business.
- Liaising with Development Teams to identify bugs and missing product functionality.
- Capable in technical documentation and creation of knowledge-based assets.
- Participating in internal projects that drive Support Automation and Partner Enablement
- University students enrolled in Business Administration or Accounting related courses, with at least two years until graduation.
- Knowledge of Brazilian Tax System.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows).
- Working in fast changing environments, acquiring, and sharing knowledge and improving processes.
