- Participar de treinamentos e workshops para se manter atualizado sobre as melhores práticas em BDR e técnicas de qualificação de leads.
- Participar de reuniões virtuais e conferências para aumentar a colaboração global e aprimorar as estratégias de vendas em âmbito internacional.
- Experiência comprovada em Business Development Representative B2B, com ênfase em captação de leads, qualificação e CRM em escala global.
- Fluência em Espanhol e Inglês (obrigatório).
- Habilidade analítica para avaliar dados de vendas e desenvolver estratégias eficazes.
- Proficiência no uso de ferramentas de CRM para manter registros precisos.
- Capacidade de colaborar com equipes globais e adaptar-se a diferentes culturas.
- Orientação para resultados, com foco em metas de vendas e crescimento de negócios.
- Disponibilidade para viagens e participação em eventos conforme necessário.
- Híbrido 3x na semana no escritório na Av. Paulista.
