    Our main products include Endoscopic Staplers, Open Staplers, Trocars, Ultrasonic Scalpels, and other surgical consumables.

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager for the LATAM region at Bluesail Surgical. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in their assigned territory.

    Daily tasks include identifying potential Distributors, building strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders, presenting product information, conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer support.

    This role is based in Brazil or other Latain America Country with flexibility for some remote work.

    QualificationsProven experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industryKnowledge of the surgical stapling market in the LATAM regionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsSelf-motivated and driven to achieve sales targetsFluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plusBachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldWillingness to travel within the assigned territoryExperience working with surgeons and healthcare professionals

    Note:
    Relevant training in medical devices and surgical instruments will be provided to the selected candidate.
