    We are seeking professionals with:

  • Plan, coordinate and organise the activities of a department and set objectives and develop tactical action plans.
  • Manage own department to ensure delivery against short and midterm objectives.
  • Define and propose a commercial strategy and plan for the assigned area and assist senior management in defining an overall short- and medium-term commercial strategy.
  • Translate regional commercial objectives into individual objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate and follow up all commercial activities and projects within his area to develop business and achieve regional targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities by establishing, maintaining, and enhancing long term relationships with key accounts on mainly senior level.
  • Ensure that enduring relationships are established with all accounts in the area and that customer needs, strategy and concerns are detected and handled.
  • Liaise with other divisions/departments to coordinate customer feedback and align activities within and across divisions/regions and share knowledge and/or deliver consultancy.
  • Take up overall management responsibility for major accounts, infrastructures, programmes, initiatives and/or coordinate the implementation of these initiatives.
  • Represent and/or ensure that Swift is represented within own area and promoted as the solution of choice.
  • Under guidance of senior management, implement and maintain HR policies/procedures. Hire, reward, coach, motivate and develop team members of the department to have qualified, competent, and motivated employees.
  • Prepare, propose, substantiate, and manage departmental budget.
  • Allocate approved budget, authorise expenditures and assess budget performance.

  • What will make you successful?

  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry and sales, of which 5 years in senior commercial manager position
  • Education:

  • 4 Year University degree
  • The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Brazil is 382,200.00 BRL Annual MINIMUM to 709,800.00 BRL Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employee's contingent on personal and company performance. Our generous benefits program includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance with no premium costs for our employees and their families, and retirement plan plus matching 401k.
