Liderar e desenvolver uma equipe comercial focada em atender clientes do esporte, artistas , empresários e executivos de diferentes nacionalidades
Estratégia Comercial:
Desenvolver estratégias inovadoras para prospectar, captar e reter clientes, utilizando produtos serviços e financeiros onshore e offshore, tanto líquidos quanto ilíquidos
Relacionamento:
Com foco no longo prazo, conduzir reuniões estratégicas com clientes e parceiros, fortalecendo relações e abrindo novos caminhos para o crescimento da empresa
Performance e Resultado:
Monitorar e ajustar o desempenho da equipe através de reuniões semanais e sessões de direcionamento.

Experiência prévia como Sales Director ou posição similar, com êxito comprovado em liderança de equipes e alcançando a liderança de mercado

Habilidades Interpessoais:

Formação e Experiências Diversificadas:
Fluência em inglês, experiência internacional e histórico de superação de desafios significativos são altamente valorizados.
