    Your mission

    Your mission will be to drive sustainable, profitable growth by leading a project management team that supports sales and executes the assigned projects with maximum customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Service teams, as well as with customers and key suppliers.

    Main Tasks Include

  • Leading and coaching the project management team while aligning world-class project management
  • Monitoring project KPIs follow-up, such as: Customer satisfaction / Delivery dates / Orders Invoiced (OI) / Orders Received (OR) / Work In Progress (WIP) / Profitability
  • Securing continuous efficiency in the projects (quality, cost, delivery)
  • Offering value adding engineered solutions in close cooperation with Sales, such as solutions to create differentiation (including error-proofing, automation, screw feeding)
  • Implementing a digital approach in all aspects of working: daily business/communications/solutions

  • Previous experience in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven leadership experience and a keen interest in people management
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, at all levels of hierarchy
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • A strong desire for learning paired with a natural aptitude for comprehending technical concepts

    • We put value to the following experiences, so if you have any, it's a bonus; industrial experience in assembly and a deep understanding of customer production processes, technical knowledge of products, a track record of developing successful teams.

    • Education

    Technical academic degree within Engineering or other relevant area

    Country and City Description

    Our office is situated in Barueri, São Paulo. Planned relocation to Sorocaba in the near future.
