    • Sólida experiência em E-Commerce e performance, bem como liderança de time;
    • Pessoa analítica, data-driven e hands-on, com capacidade de desenvolver e coordenar projetos;
    • Formação em Marketing, Engenharia, Tecnologia, Administração, Economia ou cursos correlatos que tragam uma base curricular que sustente a área de análise de dados;
    • Senso de negócios, planejamento e KPIs;
    • Ser uma pessoa dinâmica, proativa e colaborativa.

    • Owner do site :
    • Supervisionar o processo de compra, desde a navegação até o pós-venda, garantindo uma experiência fluida e eficiente para os clientes, trazendo diagnósticos e otimizações.
    • Construção e melhorias de tracking/parametrização.
    • Construção de dashboards de controle que sustentem insights e tomadas de decisão.
    • Responsável pelo SEO técnico/estrutural.
    • Foco em vendas:
    • Cuidar da ordenação e posicionamento de ofertas/campanhas, identificar trendings, realizar análises de comportamento, etc.
    • Participar junto aos demais times de Marketing da estratégia e planejamento do calendário promocional visando impulsionar o tráfego e as conversões no site.
    • Inovação:
    • Acompanhar as melhores práticas, tendências e inovações do mercado, com foco em proporcionar a melhor experiência ao cliente.
