    Are you ready to be responsible for leading our journey of accelerated, sustainable growth in ecommerce in Brazil?

    In this position you will lead and develop the overall agenda via strategic partnerships with online retailers, platforms and cross section of industry stakeholders. Lead bricks & clicks with the National and Regional Key Account teams. Connect Brand and Sales to further drive online execution, winning vs competition with integrated plans areas. This role is directly responsible for online retailers (Pure Players and Market Places).

    All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Develop the customer/channel strategy for Brazil;Build and maintain relationship with key players (MeLi, Amazon, Rappi, iFood, etc);Lead the negotiations and follow up of business;Key point of contact with HQ on E-Commerce topics;Develop relevant local talent on E-Commerce capabilities.
  • Responsible for achieving established goals of the department such as expansion of customers base, traffic and sell out growth, perfect online execution, as well as overall commercial, brand marketing and corporate goals.
  • Responsible for the Ecommerce BP within all metrics (Strategic, financial, resources, calendars) including co-creation of Bricks & Clicks BP with International and national KAMs;Lead the business plan 2024 for Brazil
  • Responsible for interaction and involvement with Marketing, Trade Marketing, National and Regional Key Account teams, seeking strategic consistency and alignment between areas;Collaborate with other organizational touch points for mutual goals and benefits.
  • University degree
  • Fluent in English is a must. Fluent in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Proven experience leading different ecommerce business models (B&C, Pure Players, Market Places);
  • Experience in an e-commerce retailer or relevant supplier;
  • Experience and abilities in negotiation and strong commercial acumen;
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters;
  • Demonstrable expertise in performance media channels, search and has driven measurable revenues or commercial goals using data and analytics; any experience on driving audience planning, brand and product marketing, customer journey strategies is also appreciated;
  • Excellent ability to influence others, encourage teamwork, and build strong internal and external relationships;
  • Self-started and Can-Do attitude to lead, develop and deliver the e-commerce agenda.
