    Commercial Team Lead Latam We are on the lookout for aCommercial Team Lead Latam to maximise the business potential of our fast-growing, award-winning company.

    Your main responsibilities Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for all LATAM revenue optimisation and growth across affiliate marketing (gambling operators)
    You will lead a team of regional Key Account Managers covering LATAM and be responsible for their day to day direction, strategy and prioritisation alongside associated commercial roadmap, including local events calendar, product and pricing
    Ensure that we are always prioritising the right partners, from a conversion and revenue perspective, in each market
    Negotiate the strongest possible commercials at all times
    Secure long-term commercial security via Better Collective legal agreements, through close collaboration with our Legal team
    Collaborate with Finance to ensure invoices are paid and support the debt collection process
    Work closely with local stakeholders to optimise partner prioritisation and uncover new revenue opportunities
    Identify new entrants to the market and work closely with the Business Development team to onboard, whilst maintaining commercial & contractual framework
    Keep up to date with regulation, compliance and market trends
    Provide the Commercial Director with business-critical insights, operator feedback and trends to help shape our business strategies
    Monthly internal reporting on commercial KPI's
    QBR structure and delivery, along with in-person attendance for key partners
    Industry and partner networking, representing Better Collective to further develop partner relations
    Quarterly market-level sales forecasting

    Fluent in Spanish/English/Portuguese
    Extensive experience (5+ years) in iGaming either on the operator or affiliate side
    A solid understanding of the Latam iGaming industry
    Managed a team of Account/Sales Managers
    Strong communication and leadership skills
    Self-driven & proactive
    Structured and analytical with a superb attention to detail
