    Conhecer de forma generalista:
    Banco de Dados/Scripts, Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Filosofia de SOA visando Weblogic e Microserviços. Metodologias ITIL, Agile e OKR Desejável inglês intermediário e conhecimento BRM (Oracle)

    • Gestão de Pessoas & desenvolvimento de talentos. Feedback, seleção, controle de escalas, horas, férias, entre outros.
    • Gestão de Orçamento & Contratos de Software e Serviços.
    • Controle de Capex/Opex.
    • Garantir a disponibilidade e desempenho dos serviços e sistemas financeiros sob sua gestão com foco em elevar a qualidade e corrigir falhas que comprometam a garantia da receita e ciclo de faturamento.
    • Garantir a continuidade do negócio engajando a equipe a estar preparada para as implementações sistêmicas (deploys), situações de crise (incidentes/problemas) e melhoria contínua do ambiente (mudanças).
    • Gestão com Métricas/KPIs que apontem a "saúde" da Operação. Direcionar a equipe a desenvolver automações/monitorações e alertas que controlem a operação.
    • Ser o "dono do serviço" e elaborar estratégias e planos para garantir o bom desempenho dos serviços entregues ao cliente.
    • Atuar com proximidade das áreas de negócio e compreender suas necessidades.
    • Participar de projetos e iniciativas sugerindo soluções e validando a aderência aos requisitos de operação. Preparação e apresentação de reportes executivos sobre a área.
