- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese
- 2 years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, with a proven track record in quantitative fields
- Demonstrate analytical mindset, data management, and problem-solving abilities by carefully examining details to identify and address issues
- Clear communicator. You are a clear and concise communicator who can synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the important points, and disseminate actionable insights
- Stakeholder Oriented - There are over 100 commercial and ops team members who depend on the work you lead and being successful means being able to prioritize and manage stakeholders at scale
- Comfort with ambiguity. You are unfazed by executing on projects where all the information is only sometimes available and priorities can change as more data comes to bear
