    A Soul Trade Marketing está em busca de um profissional para atuar como '' Coordenador de Operações '', em um de nossos projetos de uma das principais marcas do mercado.

    Responsabilidades e atribuições:

    • Desenvolver o relacionamento com o cliente, através de reuniões, conexões, telefonemas, mensagens e outras formas de networking disponíveis;
    • Coordenar a Conta de uma forma geral: Budget | Equipe | Qualidade de Execução;
    • Aprofundar e desenvolver o conhecimento no segmento de atuação do cliente, envolvendo: cultura da empresa, marca, categorias, produtos, posicionamento de preço, canais, redes e concorrentes, etc;
    • Receber e entender os guias de positivação/campanhas e traduzir para a rotina operacional;
    • Fazer a gestão da roteirização da equipe de campo;
    • Fazer a gestão das prioridades junto ao gestor do projeto (Cliente / interlocutor);
    • Contratar, avaliar, liderar e desenvolver o time (Com suporte do RH);
    • Aplicar treinamentos de indução, reforço de produtos, processos, rotinas operacionais, etc., para os supervisores e BackOffice ou diretamente aos Promotores, quando necessário;
    • Desenvolver e acompanhar cronograma de entregas;
    • Acompanhar e gerir os KPIs de Gestão de Operações e de Negócios;
    • Avaliar oportunidades e apresentar planos de ação para otimização e melhoria do projeto;
    • Coordenar implementação de campanhas com: Time Fixo | Terceiros | Operador Logístico | Lojas | Etc.;
    • Mensurar performance de campanhas / ativações e sazonalidades;
    • Gerir as ferramentas de coleta e BI;
    • Validar a qualidade dos conteúdos gerados pela coleta do time no cotidiano.
    • Consolidar, entender e reportar as informações quantitativas e qualitativas geradas por sua equipe;
    • Apresentar mensalmente resultados (Negócios | Equipe e Budget);

    Requisitos e qualificações:

    • Vivência anterior na posição de Coordenador de Operações em projetos de Trade Marketing, preferencialmente, no mesmo segmento de atuação da marca cliente Soul Trade.
    • Conhecimento e interesse no segmento do projeto no qual atua.
    • Conhecimento Intermediário em ferramentas de coleta (Involves, Trade Force e )
    • Pacote Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    • Nível Intermediário

    • Nível Básico/Intermediário (desejável)


    • Idioma inglês

    • Nível Intermediário
